Safe Airport Transfer (SAT)
When you make a reservation from your home or hotel to the airport, we call it S.A.T or Safe Airport Transfer. Right after we assigned your trip to a driver, you’ll receive a text message with his/her information. Then your car will be ready in front of your place at the right time and take you to the airport. ( please make sure you schedule your trip at least 2 hours before your flight).
Safe Will Call or shorter S.W.C means you made a reservation to be pick-up when you arrived at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. During booking, you’ll fill the date and time based on your arrival and also add your airline and flight number. We attach a driver to your trip and sent you his/her information. When your flight landed and connected to the gate, your driver is there in Sky Harbor airport waiting lot. There will be 45 minutes waiting time that you can collect your luggage(after this time if you still want our driver to wait for you, there will be a waiting time fee which is $0.95 per minute). Then you have to call your driver for direction. There’s a designated area in each Terminal called Prearranged Vehicle. Our driver will guide you there for pick-up. Please make sure you’re ready for pick up then call your driver since he/she can’t wait at the spot for more than 10 minutes.
Safe Meet And Greet (SMG)
Meet & Greet is a drive-up service that gives you the chance to take the stress out of your travel plans, starting right from the second you hit the airport. Your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area for domestic flights, or just outside customs for international arrivals. Just look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it. We will greet you, assist you with your luggage and promptly escort you where you need to go. For this service, you have to make sure you gave us the right airline and flight number during online reservation.
Do you have a plan to go to a concert, ceremony or any special event and not sure how long you’ll stay? Then this kind of reservation will fit you. In our booking page, click on the Hourly tab next to Distance, kindly fill the pick-up and drop-off address, date and time. We assign a driver to your trip and send you related pick-up information. A charter trip can’t be less than 3 hours, so even if you put one hour in your reservation, our system will add an initial fee that calculated on 3 hours base. Please remember we don’t accept one way trips to any event for now, so you want to use this service for any busy events
